First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a satisfied Bespoke Apparel Co. customers; We promise to do our best to deliver a product you are proud of owing and to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...
We are committed to being environmentally responsible and ask all our consumers to ensure they are ordering the items they want. We offer exchanges or refunds only for defective merchandise. We understand things happen during manufacturing and are here to ensure you receive a quality product.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Returns must be unworn and in original packaging with labels intact. Please ensure you check size guides as wrong size orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Returned items will be donated to local charities where it can go to good use.
